You’re on the pavement, waiting for the rain to stop. These drizzles always come at the weirdest time. You’ve tucked your drawings away, safely underneath your bucket hat.
You put a hand out. Hey, no rain drops. Sunshine hits your palm. Maybe things will get better.
You walk into the street, seeing the dark clouds dissolve from the sky. After the rain, you can’t help but appreciate the warmth of the sunlight more. You look up to the sky, and at the end of the horizon, basked in sunlight, over the clouds-- a rainbow.
